As the year 2023 came to a close, pirate-themed games continued to entertain and engage users on the iOS platform in the United States. Sensor Tower's data provides an overview of how these swashbuckling adventures fared in the final quarter of the year.

Pirates of the Caribbean : ToW by JOYCITY Corp showed consistent revenue with a peak of nearly $74K in late October, while downloads and weekly active users saw fluctuations. Downloads spiked to 788K in the last week of December, and weekly active users ranged from a high of 1.5M at the quarter's start to 1.3M by its end.

Pirate Kings™ from Playtika LTD also had a steady revenue stream, reaching over $23K in mid-December. The game saw a decrease in downloads to zero by mid-quarter, with weekly active users dipping to 878K towards the end of December.

Lord of Seas, published by SPARKLER GAMES HONG KONG LIMITED, experienced a revenue increase in mid-December to over $11K. Downloads saw an impressive jump to nearly 2M in the final week of December.

SayGames LTD's Pirate Raid: Caribbean Battle had its revenue soar to over $6K by Christmas, coupled with a significant rise in downloads to over 18M. Weekly active users mirrored this trend, peaking at over 26M in the same period.

Lastly, Age of Sail: Navy & Pirates by Special Gamez Technology Co., Ltd. saw a downward trend in revenue, ending the quarter at $1.3K. The game did not record any new downloads throughout the quarter.
